By acknowledging below, fill First Name Last Name from submission form him/her self or as principal of and/or guarantor for the applicant, hereby authorize Commercial Funding, LLC, its designee, assigns or potential assigns, to review, verify, reverify his/her personal credit profile provided by national credit bureaus in considering the application for and for the purpose of the update, renewal, or extension of credit to the applicant or the collection of any resultant accounts and authorizes Commercial Funding, LLC to make such inquiries as are necessary to obtain credit information and authorize my bank, suppliers, and credit references to release information regarding my account(s) and that the verification or reverification of any information contained in the mortgage application may be made at any time by Commercial Funding, LLC, its agents, successors and assigns, either directly or through a credit reporting agency, from any source, and the original copy of the mortgage application will be retained by the Commercial Funding, LLC, its successors and assigns, even if a loan is not approved.
